The Texas National Guard Family Support Foundation is a non-profit organization founded, in 2004, by a group of existing and former Texas National Guard members with the purpose of supporting the needs of those serving our great State of Texas during both peace and wartime.  We are established to aid in immediate emergency assistance for Texas National Guard military members and their families.  All of the Foundation’s funding comes from donations made by caring individuals who wish to support the Texas Military Forces and their families.  This is an all volunteer organization; all donations are used to support the soldiers.

 The intent of the foundation is to promote the interest and well-being of the Texas National Guard and its members, both Army and Air.  The first and foremost mission of the Foundation is to have a means for our soldiers and their families to receive financial assistance during times of need, normally through a grant or interest free loan.  In addition the foundation; provides for the needs of hospitalized war veterans when other resources are not available, carries on programs to perpetuate the memory of deceased Texas National Guard Veterans and sponsors patriotic activities such as deployment and homecoming ceremonies.
