The Texas National Guard Family Support Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2004 by a group of existing and former Texas National Guard members with the purpose of supporting the needs of those serving our great State of Texas during both peace and wartime.

Programs to Build Strong Famillies
We have programs to support military families such as Youth Programs, Morale and Welfare Programs, Limited Fund-raising Groups and Emergency Assistance.
The Foundation receives funding from groups, companies, and individuals who wish to support the Texas Military Forces and their families.

The TXNGFSF exists to support, encourage, and honor the service members and families of the Texas Military Forces.
When you support the family, you support the soldier!
Proud to be An American 
What we do:
- Provide financial assistance for Texas Guard service members and their families. We provide a Family Medical Support program and an Emergency Assistance and Referral program to address the needs of this audience.
- Support for youth and family programs that provide key services and experiences for Guard families that could not otherwise be paid for by the Texas Military Forces; often related specifically to the effects of deployment.
- Sponsor patriotic activities to build community awareness and cohesion while recognizing the service of our Texas Military Forces and their families.
- Support memorial projects to perpetuate the memory of our deceased Iraq-Afghanistan veterans and provide comfort to their survivors.
The TXNGFSF is an all-volunteer Board, with the vast majority of all donations serving our Texas Guard families and soldiers directly. We have been blessed to provide over $500,000 in emergency financial assistance alone since 2004, and see future support in the areas of medical support, financial planning assistance and referral services.
